What are the best places along SCA to drink craft beer with unique atmospheres during the daytime?

That exxon on the run at Lee Circle is the obvious choice.

There's a really cool bar under the Westbank Expressway, Tent City. It has been open since 2007 and they have a great local crowd.

Avenue Pub is by far the best option.

How far you feel like walking?
Ave Pub, Prytania Bar/Beer Garden Place, Bulldog is 5 blocks off the line, and the places all the way Uptown off Oak (Ale?).

I've been slammed at Bruno's at, I don't know, two or so. It's fun and has a "college" atmosphere.
I love Fat's. It's probably my favorite bar.
If you really wanna see a unique atmosphere, hop off the streetcar at Napoleon Avenue and take a quick walk down Napoleon to Magazine Street and choose between Ms. Mae's or Brothers III.

As others have said, Ave Pub is a damn great beer bar if you are a beer geek.
Drink there and then ride to St. Charles and Carrolton and take the short walk to Cooter Browns.
If it is a nice day, a nice stop in the middle would be the Columns. Not a beer bar, but a nice place to grab a drink on the porch.
