Capriottis Sandwich Shop has something similar which I used to destroy all the time in Vegas.

Had it for lunch today. It was awesome. Looked nothing like the photo...was sloppy as shite, but really tasty.
I'm missing the po boy fest this year. I'm camping in Texas. Not too sad about it. It's become such a shite show with the out of control crowds. I felt less run over in India.
