Reckless Kelly and Micky and the Motor Cars

They're playing Auburn on Wednesday night. The venue sucks, but I'll be there. Anyone else seen either band to give me an idea of what expect? I've been listening to both for a long time, but don't really know what to expect live.

I saw Reckless Kelly at Bourbon Street in Auburn about 2.5 years ago. Listened to Seven Nights in Ireland, Wicked Twisted Road and left. One drunk couple was dancing and running into everybody. I almost got laid by a chick from the vet school. Was too drunk to drive myself home. That's literally all I remember.

Reckless Kelly is OK live. Nothing phenomenal but they're decent

Mmc is awesome live. I like both bands but mmc will be the better performance.

MMC is a little better live, although I don't think it's especially noticeable given the similarities.
Early RK songs are better than MMC and later RK songs, IMO. This more recent "make love like eagles in the sky" shite RK is putting out is pretty meh.

I saw Reckless Kelly in Fort Collins, CO once upon a time...I enjoyed it. Was up front for it and remember enjoying myself...Could've been the Coors Lights though

RK is one hell of a talented band. Their shows are awesome. All the Braun Bros are super talented so I assume MMC would be just as good. I've seen RK multiple times but never MMC.
