Very nice! I'd put a hurting on that BFM and Dupont.

If I get back from the Northshore before 9 tonight I'm going to hit it up. Closes kind of early

Very nice! Looks like it will be a few weeks before their own beers start pouring, will have to make a visit then.

Wow. That's a hell of a good selection.

Just goes to show you what a short, intelligently curated list can offer.

I'd love to try that BFM saison on tap.

This is what Ale on Oak should look like.....

I still want to know, why can't we get fresh green flash here in BR anymore?

Everything is months old. I used to love Le Freak, but the last time i had it, it must have been over a year old. Tasted terrible.

Looks like they tried to get the best beers they could find, and not feel obligated to dilute the list with local beers, for the sake of being local. I support the local breweries as much as the other guys, but starting a craft beer bar with 30 taps, and having 10-15 taken over by every type of Abita or Tin Roof is a waste of space.

I've seen a lot of fresh GF around town lately. Gotta read the label carefully, but I've seen best by 2/2015 dates on WC IPA within the last week or so.

Interesting. I'm currently at full capacity in my beer fridge with 3 homebrews being brewed fairly quickly behind each other, and with lagunitas bottles being available now. After saturday, i should whittle down my stock a bit.

Lagunitas is easily my favorite new brewery to come to BR.

Exactly. This is why I don't understand why the Cove is going to double their taps from 60 to 120 when they move to "corporate brewhouse." shite it's hard enough to keep fresh solid taps with 60 now you're going to double your workload to add more shitty taps?

Same as World of Beer which is opening on Julia St soon in the warehouse district…they are going to have a ton of shitty arse taps and old IPAs 3 months into the opening

12 to 20 rotating kegs with no crap beer is perfect.

Yep.

In the case of West Coast IPA, the label is purple and the date is stamped in red. It looks like there is no date on it, but there is.

I am too. There's no more room for beer in any of my fridges. I have a keg of Gnarly Barley Radical Rye, and I forget how much more room sanke kegs take up. Barely able to close the door with it, 2 corny kegs and a 10 pound CO2 tank. Maybe I need to get the drill out and get that CO2 tank moved to the outside.
