Someone is lying here. Either this guy with the "vastly superior reputation" or the docs who did the official autopsy. Which one do you find more believable and why?
I don't know.

This can't be true. According to Big Mike Brown's cousin, he was out spreading the word of Jesus Christ when he was killed. See for yourselves:

I'm saying because he seems to work on high profile cases which his testimony has been on the losing or inconclusive side as much as it has been on the winning side, that he's not head and shoulders above anyone else

Plenty of paid whore experts around.

Apparently, the Obama investigation is not going as you would have hoped either.
quote:
The New York Times, citing government officials briefed on the federal civil rights investigation into the matter that, while the federal investigation was continuing, the evidence so far did not support civil rights charges against Wilson. The officials told the Times the forensic evidence supported Wilson’s version of events, which was that he was trying to leave his vehicle when Brown pushed him back in and sparked the struggle for the gun.

Dr. Michael Baden is the former Chief Medical Examiner of New York City and former chief forensic pathologist for the New York State Police. He has investigated more than 3,000 homicides, suicides and drug deaths. He has also investigated the deaths of President John F. Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King, Medgar Evers, Tsar Nicholas and Alexandra and the Romanov family, the recent airplane crash deaths of the President of Poland and 94 other Polish dignitaries, John Belushi, Christian Brando, O.J. Simpson and David Carradine.

And he was wrong about Carradine and Spector
Also said Ron Goldman could have fought for up to 15 minutes after his throat was slashed

So are you saying he lies in his reports, or is just really poor at a job that has made him millions?
I don't care either way as far as the cop being guilty or not. I don't know what happened. I just can't stand the level this gets to because of race with no actual facts.
But, have you ever heard of a private investigation leading to results that hurt the people who are paying for it? That guy was paid to build a story line that showed the "victim" was completely innocent. Same as a defense attourney.
The statesw investigation is hopefully objectively looking at the case to determine if a man (who happened to be a cop) acted illegally. I have to trust their autopsy more.

If that is the case, you're saying he is a liar and misrepresents what he finds for compensation. If that is true, what are we to make of his public service career working on behalf of the state?
Posted on 10/22/14 at 10:18 am to The Third Leg
Not trying to accuse him of anything, but I would bet he wasn't getting a 250k check every time he examined a body while working for the state

Aka professional liars.
He was also shot multiple times in the front, while running away, according to "witnesses" who now have sleazy, pimp hat wearing lawyers and paid speaking tours.

Sounds like a crackpot (JFK and Tsar Nicholas) an opportunist, and a hired gun.
This guy is the autopsy equivalent of the "economist", Perryman, who Baylor hired in the run-up to the lawsuit they were threatening when A&M left the Big XII, whose "finding" was that the state of Texas would lose $200MM and 3,000 jobs.
These people exist in every industry and they always have a long, but inch deep, list of supposed credentials.
I'm surprised this guy wasn't involved in Fox's "Alien Autopsy" show.

It's always amusing to see how much the OT wants the cops to win these cases.

He was Chairman of the Forensic Pathology Panel of the U.S. Congress Select Committee on Assassinations that re-investigated the deaths of President John F. Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in the 1970s. He was the forensic pathologist member of a team of U.S. forensic scientists asked by the Russian government to examine the newly found remains of Tsar Nicholas II, Alexandra and the Romanov family in Siberia in the 1990s. He has been an expert in multiple Iraq-related court martials in the United States and Camp Liberty, Baghdad. He has also been an expert in the investigations concerning Medgar Evers, John Belushi, Yankee Manager Billy Martin, Marlon Brando’s son Christian Brando, O.J. Simpson, Jayson Williams, Kobe Bryant, Robert Blake, and Las Vegas hotel owner Ted Binion. He has investigated deaths in Croatia, Serbia, Israel, the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, Monaco, Panama, England, Canada, Zimbabwe and other countries for human rights groups and private attorneys. He has taught homicide courses for police, judges, attorneys and physicians in most of the 50 states as well as in China, Taiwan, Kuwait, Australia, France, Italy, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Columbia and other countries. He has been a member of the board of directors of a number of drug abuse and alcohol abuse treatment programs where he attempts to apply what he has learned from the dead at the autopsy table to the betterment of the living.
