Exactly. He's a hired gun.

Look, I've got no problem with disenfranchised folks assuming the cops were lying. To not think that cops take advantage of poor or minority folks because they can is to not be a realist. Not all cops, all the time, but plenty do.
That said, Mike Brown, based on the video I saw previous to his death, was acting like a punk-arse thug.
The cop had no previous issues regarding civil rights or use of force complaints. With MB's blood inside the car, I think the "eyewitnesses" are straight up lying.

I thought we already knew he was shot in the hand inside or just outside the vehicle, before he fled. The issue is the shots that came later.

He did this Brown autopsy pro bono.

It's always amusing to see how much the OT wants the cops to win these cases. I don't understand why
Because there is only one witness who happened to be Brown's best friend giving an obviously objective account of what happened
And all the stupidity that followed

There were several witnesses to the fatal shot(s).

One of which is on home video corroborating Wilson's story to a T

Any sane person knew this when it happened.

Well guess I'm not sane then

Disenfranchised? Really? I'm not sure you know what that word means. Show me evidence where blacks in St. Louis are legally barred from voting.

I was surprised at the results of the online MSNBC Poll:
In your opinion, should Officer Darren Wilson be indicted for the shooting death of Michael Brown?
85% No (40K votes)
10% Yes (4,700 votes)
5% Not enough info ($2,500 votes)

Honestly none of this shite matters. All that matters is what was Mike Brown doing when the fatal shots were administered. Was he physically and verbally surrendering when he was killed? All that happens before that is pure conjecture.
He was unarmed. He had no weapon that could cause the officer fatal harm on him. Once that fact was established its all on the officer.
He's the one with the gun therefore the burden falls on him.

Then I wonder how Wilson had his face smashed in. You're right. Brown posed no threat to Officer Wilson.
Posted on 10/22/14 at 11:06 am to RDRGeaux09
So the fact that the dude beat the cop's face in and tried to take his gun has no bearing on the cop shooting him? Yea, that makes sense.

The officer has the gun. He has all the power.
There's no prof that Wilson had his face smashed in. Where are the hospital records of that happening?

If Mike charged him, then the officers training will back him up. Mike of covered 20 ft within seconds and that's enough to tackle and kill someone.
