Finally Had Every Sandwich at Butcher

The Le Pig Mac completed my list. Two all pork patties, lettuce, pickles, special sauce, on sesame seed bun. Fantastic.

Recently got back from N O.... Went to Cochon not butcher.... My mistake..... I did have a pork loin sandwich at Cochon that was good... But when I looked at the menu for butcher when I got home I realized butcher was where I really wanted to eat... I'm going back soon so I will correctly mistake

Totally agree. When people ask about Cochon I give it much praise but tell them to do butcher first since you can try so many things. Friday night I the couple next to me at Butcher asked about Cochon. I told them to get boudin balls, gator, and chicken livers because to me that covers the highlights of the menu (IMO)

I tried it, I liked the bun and pickles a lot. For some reason though I just didn't love the pork patties.

Agreed.....next trip butcher all the way... We thought about switching to butcher.... But all50,000 of the anastiologist .... Spelling sorry bombarded bout places so we just stuck with Cochon ... We're going back in December...... We did get a central mufellata

other than those three I haven't been a huge fan of their other sandwiches; but those are all top notch. their in-house pickles are on point as well. the mac n cheese is nuts.
