It's good but not as good as Best Stop IMO. Try a boudin search so we don't have to suffer thought another boudin thread.

Best I've had. Also like someone said, the pepperjack boudin ball is a thing of beauty. The little boudin rollups are dynamite too.

I stopped and got pepper jack boudin ball and it was amazing!! I wish I would've checked the responses earlier I would've got the roll up as well

Solid. Stopped by there a few weeks ago. The line inside gets pretty long and is not very fast, I would recommend going to the drive through.

I'm not a fan of cheese with boudin, from Billy' or anywhere else. His regular links and balls are damn good though.

Billy's & Best Stop are the 2 best in that area, not a huge fan of boudin balls but I have tried the pepper jack ones from the Opelousas store, meh. None of them come close to T-Boys in Mamou.
