I am planning on a pasta jambalaya.
I can't decide whether I want to try a recipe from the board or make my usual recipe.

Post a pic.

I was upset that I went to 9 Roses for lunch earlier, and they didn't have the goat special I enjoy.

Picked up a Newks salad for supper

question: do I serve any kind of sauce with these? Or should I not even bother with them because they're crap?

Sure. Or, just go to Rouse's or Langenstein's and buy one jar if you want to try it first, but there's much less than a 1% chance you like it if that much.

Caterers use these quite often, but never seem to fry them long enough to get fully browned and crisp. If cooked properly, they're good. At least the meat pies are. I haven't had the crawfish from the grocery. They don't have as much meat in them as the box makes it look like.

No sauce at all when I eat meat pies.
