beef stock
one jar herdez guajillo chile sauce
one can of diced tomato
one hot pepper
one onion quartered
bulb of garlic
peppercorns
oregano
smoked paprika
garlic and onion powder
cup and a half water
salt
Pressure cooked for an hour and a quarter. Peeled and diced the tongue. strained braising liquid. added the tongue back and added a masa slurry

We have both. Im going flour with onion, cilantro, and queso fresco. Also having some elote, microwaved corn and then hit them in the grill pan on high.
