I own a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Sirius/XM radio installed. The vehicle came with a "Favorites" option that lets you favorite up to 50 songs and 50 artists. Once an artist/song has been added to you favorites, an alert will pop up any time that artist/song is about to play on any Sirius/XM station, and you can choose to listen to the song or ignore the alert. It is, by far, one of the most convenient features I've ever discovered on a vehicle. Unfortunately, I haven't seen it on any other vehicles.

Does anyone have a Jeep and use the feature?

Do you know of any other manufacturers that use this type of system? It should be available across the industry as far as I'm concerned.

Not my exact UI, but it gets the point across

I had a Ford Focus Titanium that had it as well. Our Chrysler Town & Country van has it. Pretty much any vehicle that has a touch screen/navigation system with Sirius XM pre-installed on it SHOULD come equipped with said feature. Having said all that, you should drop Sirius XM and go with Spotify Premium. So much better, and I couldn't be happier that I made the switch.

Wife's Jeep has it. She uses the hell out of that feature. I think its pretty awesome but she forgets that when I am driving, it's not her "profile" so all her favorites don't pop up while she drives.

XM is better than spotify. Most college football games on xm. And it works all over north america. That being said if anyone has an OEM XM module for sale for a '11-'14 Subaru let me know. I may be interested.

My 2013 F-150 has it, but I had the option on my portable radio that was in my Jeep Grand Cherokee since 2006, so the feature was nothing new to me. Wife's 2008 Escalade doesn't have it, either.

It's freaking awesome. Without it I would have probably canceled my satellite radio by now.

I've had mine over 3 years and have about 35 entries used up.

My 2013 has it. I've not used it because I focus my attention on safe driving. I mainly listen to the symphony, jazz, and laugh channels. I should put a fave on Regan and Gaffigan!

I have two 2014 GMC's and they both have that feature. Denali and SLT trim packages.

Funny thing is the wife has an alert set for Fancy. So whether it's Iggy or Reba we get an alert.

I have a 5-6 year old aftermarket Sirius radio that has this feature and the ability to rewind or pause a station (to accept a phone call, etc.) It is very convenient and I love it. Even the one I had before, which probably dated back to 2004 or 2005 had both of those features.

Glad to see the new vehicles are getting this kinda stuff build in. Should be included in my next car when I purchase one 'new to me' in a few more years.

Top of the screen, third button over. Back, home, then Fav button.

Nevermind I was wrong. I drive the Slt and pulled over just now to check it and I don't have it. The denalli my wife drives has it. The menu on favorites has a song and artist option. I guess that's a premium feature.

I assumed it wasn't a new feature, but my wife has a 2014 Mazda 3 with the top trim and it doesn't have anything remotely close to this available.

No you have it. I had to google it to find it as its not on the home screen. Push the menu button, then select tune select button. That will give you the option to select artist or song as well as manage your selections.

I wish my Pioneer had this feature. I had an old XM dockable radio. I installed a dock in my old Grand Cherokee, and had one for the desk at work as well. It even had speakers in it so I could use it on the beach and not need headphones. Just loud enough for some light background noise without annoying anyone over 10 feet away. It had this feature, way back in 2005. Sucks that my 2012 model Pioneer in the Jeep doesn't have it.
