In remembrance of Ryno, Kike Hernandez was just included in a package to the Dodgers for Dee Gordon.
Kike is so great, this will be his 3rd team in less than a year.

This was best case scenario in terms of upgrading our bullpen. We weren't going to get the "A-listers" like Robertson and Miller who were commanding the most money. I am glad that we pursued them, though, even if we didn't really stand a chance. Because we did, people knew were committed to spending money and improving the ball club. That may have improved our prospects with Neshek and Gregerson.
Neshek and Gregerson have terrific track records. It remains to be seen if one can close long term, but I'm happy to take my chances with one of them over what we've experimented with recently.

Finally we are doing something to shore up the bullpen. Hopefully we can stop the mass of blown saves we had last season. I'm excited we made some signings that actually help the team for 2015.
