He looks to have potential to be good. Gwen might surprise us. I'm anxious to see what she does.

He will be because he's a producer, so he knows what to do WITH talented people as opposed to just giving them tips to sound better.

Monday.

First model dude was decent, but I don't expect him to go far.

Second hipster chick sounds okay, but she does the weird pronunciation bullshite and now I want to punch her in the face.

Old fiddle guy picked maybe the worst song for this show, and he's not very good. He sounds like Weird Al Yankovic. Adam, don't say you were bummed that you didn't turn around...shut the frick up.

Ricky Manning. 30 seconds in and he fricking sucks. I'm gonna be pissed if somebody turns around. Pharrell AND Blake? Horrible, horrible decision; this kid sucks dick.

Black chick was pretty good.

Stevie Ray (blind black dude) is decent, but not great. Sort of hope someone turns just to see him do some Stevie Wonder or Ray Charles.

Carson...BACK THE frick OFF OF HIS FAMILY, YOU DICK!!

Wow. Four chair turn at the end. And everybody is being SO nice to him because they feel bad. And Blake isn't trying at all to get him because he knows he wasn't that great.

We finally get a single chair turn, and it was Gwen Stefani. Wow. She finally didn't wait for someone else. This California rock dude isn't too bad, but I'd like to hear a better song.

This blonde hilariously sucks. I feel bad for him, he's so nervous that he's shaking. And Adam is sort of making fun of him. And now he's crying. I don't know why I think that's hilarious, but I do.

This Unconditionally chick is just okay, but a four chair turn is hysterical.

There you are, NBC....skipping through auditions. And it's people who got multiple chair turns. What the frick?

This Bree chick singing Bob Dylan is pretty good, but unless she has some range, she won't go far.

Gwen, shut the frick up while this chick is singing...I can already tell she's gonna try to go on stage at some point. Let's see if I'm right.................well, she picked Gwen, but I still called it that she would end up on stage.

Tuesday.

This Asian chick (Katriz?) seems pretty legit.

This black dude in the hat and guitar is really good. I can't believe Gwen or Pharrell didn't turn. That was stupid.

This little kid is just okay. Surprised Blake turned. And then Carson pulls a "I told you, stupid family" (like Max always used to say).

Pretty Woman creepy pedophile mustache dude was terrible. Glad nobody turned.

Gia Kelly seemed good. Hilarious how fricking mad Carson looks in the green room when she runs in and hugs her family instead of him. frick off, douche.

Chris Jamison did great with Gravity, but I'm not sure anybody will ever do it as good as Ryan Innes. He's good though.

Tini Grey. Not great, but I'm kinda surprised nobody turned around for him. Never gets old when they don't turn and then tell them how AMAZING the singer is.

Toia Jones sounds good. She's holding back and it seems like she could belt that shite if she wanted/needed to. Can't believe nobody is turning atound. Damn, there you go, Pharrell. And Adam. Okay, good. I was starting to wonder if I was tone deaf or something.

I love how Pharrell always says really positive stuff about the other coaches. I'm not sure he knows how this works.

I was FFWDing and saw this gay blonde chick, and in the split second that I stopped jumping forward, I heard she was gay. So I assume that was the whole point of their backstory on her. She's not very good, but she fits on Gwen's team I think.

Carson getting handsy.

GET THE frick OFF THE STAGE, GWEN. For frick's sake.

Jonathan Wyndham. Bad start. Picking up...and there are the chair turns. SHUT THE frick UP, CARSON. He's good, but I don't see him going very far.

Holy shite, this dude's 22? Wow. And Gwen just said "When they hit it I wa slike OMG I gotta hit it." Ugh.

Adam is king of the four chair turns, man. Impressive.

Uh oh, Carson getting all over the relatives.

I liked Tattoo Matt's tone. Not sure how far he'll go, but I could listen to that voice a good while.

Do you think Pharrell and Gwen changed their minds about Brittainy Butler? What a strange love fest. She's interesting.

Beer guy didn't do it for me. I wanted to clear my throat while he sang.

Son of opera mom Sill was pretty good. I wasn't wowed, though.

Young swim girl needs some lessons. Maybe she'll get better with coaching. She has a different tone. She should have gone with Gwen.

SC Beth was good. That twang came out and it worked.

Adam's folks are going to stolen when he boots them.

Aaron Kim needs to work more and try again.

Griffin bow tie guy had an expansive range. I wasn't crazy about him at first. He grew on me.

Batgirl wasn't so great. Had potential. At this point, why are we watching the no chair people? Let's move on along.

Awww, look at cute little Jake. Wonder how he's doing?
Jake's friend pulled it out in the end. Wasn't sure she'd get a chair.
Thougtht she'd pick Blake.

Blake's Boo is great for his age. I liked his voice.

My favorite is still the country boy, John David Carter. I love his voice.

Thankfully, we didn't see much of Carson. I thought we would after the first contestant's mom got the bear hug.

Watching last night's episode.

Tatted Jesse Eisenberg is pretty good.

Brittany Butler is good but I'm not sure she'll go far.

Blake and Adam talking about Pharell and Gwen nice-ing each other to death is hilarious. And they're doing it too.

Raspy voice dude sounded cool but wasnt very good, if that makes sense.

This gay white dude (Ryan?) has hot friends. He's okay. Not great.

Gwen starting to turn on her own. Good.

Blake doesn't seem to be trying too hard to convince people to join his team. He sort of says his pitch and then sits back.

Fernanda has a rocking body on her. She's not very good. Surprised Blake and Gwen turned (especially Blake). And holy shite, does she have some teeth. Damn.

Beth Spangler. She sounds good. And she does the "finger in the ear when she sings" thing just like I do in my car. She does struggle with some notes though.

Carson, SHUT THE frick UP.

Mother frick, Gwen. Sit the frick down in your chair and stop Christina-ing yourself onto the stage.

Man, Adam and the four chairs. Damn.

This Asian kid is not good. Blake, don't tell him you almost pushed your button. That's a lie.

Griffin. Not bad. He is obsessed with Pharrell being a fashion icon.

I feel like the talent is getting weaker as the show goes on. I remember those first couple episodes how much talent was on them.

Chandra. She's pretty good enough to be on the show. Hope somebody turns. And she's kinda sexy too. Gwen told her she didn't have a personality. Hahaa. What an awkward moment; she was PISSED.

Carson, shut the frick, man.

Awesome, awesome song choice for this Mayra chick. Too bad she sort of sucks at singing. And Carson just rape hugged her dad.

Gwen keeps playing the "we're both girls" card, an it's annoying. Blake, don't be mad about missing out on her. She sucked.

Gwen's pants aggravate the shite out of me.

This 15 year old kid is pretty good. Glad Blake picked him up.

I wonder what happens after that. The chairs turned back around but all the teams are full. So are the showrunners just like "well, that's it, everybody leave"?

The chair turn after the team's were full was strange.

Agree that Blake didn't seem to argue that hard overall.

Watched some tonight. Pharrell's team is loaded. Still think Blake will pull the win as of right now.

Sugar isn't hot to me. Can't get passed the beak. Glad the other girl was stolen.

Elyjah is still my favorite. He was amazing tonight.

Just watched Elyjah and Maiya again. They were incredible together. I wish that Pharrell had gone with Maiya because I know Elyjah would have been stolen for sure, probably by Adam who would have been great for him.

I was surprised that Elyjahwas the pick even though he was my choice. She's got a powerful voice, but I feel like we hear that voice more often as talented as she is. Really tough choice with her range, though I didn't think she felt it as much as he did.

Agreed on the choice of Chris, but I didn't like the song choice for this battle. Too early for steals, I guess.

Agreed on the choice of Sugar. I was on the fence on whether I'd steal Jean.

GEEZ, I got goosies when JD Carter was shown from the blinds. JD makes me swoon, but they were both good. No question if have picked JD for lots of reasons. I liked Craig more than I expected in that battle. Its going to be interesting to see him with Gwen. I'm glad he was stolen.

I don't remember Amanda. Did we see her? I thought the song choice was awkward. Gay girl and straight guy. She was able to pull off feeling it. She performed the song, but I would have stuck with Taylor anyway. I think she technically won the battle, though.

Loved Griffin and Luke. Griffin blew me away. He wins hands down. Nice steal for Blake.
Good night overall except that Carson gets to speak too much.
Going to read whatever other posts there are, now.

Elijuh/Maiya. I expect her to win easily. Kind of a shitty song choice since he can't hit the notes, and it's right up her alley. Holy shite, Pharrell picked Elijuh...WOW. Steal for Maiya?......Nope. Good for Pharrell for choosing him for the reason that he did though (because he felt it more and was singing like his life depended on it).

Chris/Jonathan. Both sucked IMO. But apparently there were audio issues..? I'd go Chris I guess......Yup.

Jean/Sugar. Horrible, horrible, horrible song choice IMO. Survivor? they're basically rapping instead of singing. Pretty even I think, but I guess I'd go Sugar.......Yup. And that felt like the longest battle song ever. Did they extend the time or something?

Craig Wayne Boyd/James David Carter. Wave on Wave is an awesome song choice for these two. JDC is so fricking good...he has to be a frontrunner I think. But CWB is good too though. I'd go JCD.....Yup. Glad CWB got stolen though. He's legit good as well. Should be interesting on Gwen's team.

Amanda/Taylor, a.k.a. karmapol1ce from TD. Interesting song choice with Jolene. I always feel weird when a dude sings about "please don't take away my man" or vice versa. It just seems weird a bit. Both are good though, and both are sort of different. Not sure who I'd pick...I like Taylor better, but Amanda won the battle IMO. Nope...he went with Taylor. Not a bad choice; he is good.

Griffin/Luke. Before anything happens, I expect Luke. Awesome song choice, and how the frick have you only heard Maybe I'm Amazed "once or twice"? Weird. WTF...Luke sang half the damn song before Griffin sang a single note. And now Griffin sings the second half. What a weird and stupid way to split it up...horrible choice for a battle round. Both are good, but I'd go Luke. Also agree with Pharrell that the loser will be stolen anyway.....Yup.

Awkward Carson handshake hug. Nice.

Blake came with a HELL of a sell right there. "These three could all be played on the same radio station...but I'm different. You're different. Let's do this." Brilliant pitch. That was baller by Blake.

I really, really hope Pharrell doesn't steal one of his own singers back next week, because they showed that happening in the previews...that would've been something cool to see happen live. Thanks for possibly ruining that, NBC.

I thought the same thing. I've assumed they can't steal their own since it's never happened and they always whine so much about having to make the decision.
