I had a question about some beers I drank the other day. While at a bar for Monday Night Football, I branched out and got away from the usual beers I drink. I tried a Sweetwater Whiplash and a Southern Prohibition Mississippi Fire Ant. Did I do better than ordering an Abita Amber?

Yea, I really enjoyed that one. The fire ant was good til I was about half way through. The high abv got to me towards the end
ETA: BMoney, I don't have the vocabulary to really explain my thoughts on beer I don't think. I thought the Whiplash was very crisp, and not too hoppy for me. It was right in my wheelhouse.

I don't like the fire ant at all…but red ales just aren't for my palate so not hating on SoPro…every other beer I have had from them has been great.
