Love me some portobello mushrooms.

Not sure for me. Maybe just some rice and beans with a dollop of hummus. Might sauté some mushrooms for it now that it's on my mind.

I'm unsure. Still struggling with stomach issues. Thinking about trying small-portioned meals with less grease/carbs when I can.
