Leftover Shrimp Diane for Mrs O. I'll likely pan sear a NY strip. Gonna pan roast some cauliflower with shallots, too.

Slow Cooking a tri tip roast for the week with an herb rub, taters, celery, onion.

Raisin Bran crunch for tonight. Gorging at pluckers last night can really set you back physically.

Smoked a Tri-tip for the 1st time. Grilled zucchini, shrooms, and onions as a side.

That looks deliciou. You ssaid you Smoked it. Did you stop at a certain temp?

Looks medium.

I don't really know much about tri tip so I don't know if is still tender if you don't smoke for hours.

Yeah I took it off at 135 and then seared on a hot grill for about 1 minute each side. Took about 1-1.5 hours to get to 135 with the smoker around 225. It was pretty tender.
