Killed 3 limits of mostly Greys, some teal, a few Pintails, and of course some Spoonies down near El Campo, TX this morning in a nasty rain. All my shite is soaked. Finally dragged my arse off the couch to take a pic and clean these birds.

I'm not playing in this contest, but I had a pretty good Christmas break
Missed a full, complete limit of specks by only 2 birds all break. One hunt we ended it on a great flock and some of the guys were getting tired. Got 6 instead of 8
Might give conservation a try, but it's onto fishing now
ETA- most importantly I have not scratched with my big sock spread once the past two years!!

Unfortunately I will be no help this weekend. Headed to Delhi and my duck hunt plans fell through.
I will hunt Fri, Sat and Sun, to finish the season next week. I hope I can find a few birds.
