I have the one year old at home. She'll probably be asleep in 30.

Plus, I wanted them to have a special night together

It was a chillis theme night. They are supposed to have balloons and goody bags and stuff.

Green onion sausage stuffed pork chops.

What's the best way to cook these?

Sear then oven?

Grill then oven?

Just oven?

Sauce?

I like either oven or grill. If oven lift them up out of the grease.

Chicken salad sandwich on potato buns.
Zapps jalapeño.

Will be cooking for a few hours. Braising short ribs tonight so I can just skim off the fat tomorrow.
