I ran out and shot a dozen with the 20 today once the clouds knocked that damned sun down some-

There's no decimal point before the gauge number.

I used a 20 gauge for doves on labor day too. Got my limit though.

A 20 is all I use for doves. I shoot too much to carry a 12

Got a 16 like that. My first gun. Grandpa bought it for $10 and a wagonload of corn during the Depression. Killed 2 gray ducks on the fly in one shot the very first time I ever shot at a duck. I have been ruined for anything else ever since.
