Termite Recommendation

Just bought a house this past February and found out recently the previous landlords 5-year termite contract with Terminix had expired. Wanted to see if the OB had any recommendations on some local guys that offer possibly better prices that you've personally delt with. TIA

Arceneaux Pest Manament
I've used them on 3 houses and they've got fair prices and always very polite and courteous no matter which employee they send out. Prevented me from getting a wall foamed after Orken lied their asses off and convinced me I had an infestation (it was an ant tube)

We've got Arrow. I think we pay around $150 annually and $450 every 5th year

I wanted to add...are termites a problem down here for some? Or do you mainly just get pest control services. My house has brick siding and on a slab fyi.

Do not get involved with Orkin. I have Terminex, and they stand by their contract. Orkin is a nightmare.
