So why did Dallas let Rob Ryan go?

I am not a Cowboy fan, so what exactly did he do wrong? Scapegoat? Our defense vastly improved last year and expect the same this year,while Dallas sucked last year on D.

Every Dallas fan I talked to was upset about it. They all said he was a good coach.

All these motherfrickers don't know shite. The REAL reason JJ let him go is because he's a closet Saints fan and likes giving us nice things.

They were so stupid for doing that. The team was built to run a 3-4 man to man scheme... pretty much Rob Ryans scheme. They signed Brandon Carr to a $50m contract and then draft Mo Claiborne with the #6 pick in the draft. Both of those guys are man to man CBs. They already had DeMarcus Ware, who had been 1 of the best 3-4 OLBs in the league.
What does Jones do? Fires Ryan and hires Monte Kiffin... who runs a Tampa 2 scheme. It was a stupid and premature move by Jones just so he could hire the big name Kiffin.
