Anyone have ant suggestions for hotels from St Francisville to the Angola area?

There's a new like best western or something in St Francisville now

not much in that area...angola prison was located there because of the remoteness...
the only thing I can think of is a hotel that used to be in st francisville...and I can't even remember the name of it...

They have a new one right after the turnoff for the new bridge IIRC, and they have that one on the back side of that lake right where 10 hits 61.
You can't B&B at a plantation? Try Myrtles if on the weekend

St. Francisville has a Best Western, a Magnuson Hotel, and a bunch of bed and breakfast places. I can't think of anything closer to Angola.

Best Western, Magnuson Hotel, or if you want a b and b Shadetree is nice. St Francisville Inn has a cool wine parlor

The inn at Lake Rosemound is probably slightly closer than St Francisville hotels....

thanks tards
doing the warrior dash on 10/11 in St Francisville and the rodeo on 10/12. Options appear to be pretty limited but we will look at a few B&Bs.

How is Lake Rosemond closer to Angola? Have you ever made the drive? If you think that's faster/easier than 66, you're retarded

Ranked:
Shadetree BB
Best Western
St. Francisville Inn BB
Butler Greenwood BB
Cottage Plantation BB
Magnuson Hotel on the Lake
Myrtles BB
Desert Plantation BB is WAY out in the country, but close to Angola.
Good Luck.
eta: Best Western is in close proximity to a couple eateries, and bars.
