that I can buy in the store. I use to use Pilgrims and they had a flavored breast but I can't seem to find it anywhere anymore, it's not even on their website. My problem is reheated chicken, it tastes like crap. I cook my meals for the week on Sunday and I reheat all week. Pilgrims tasted the same even though it was reheated. Looking for something similar.

Yeah they do but they don't have the one I use to get. It was a flavored chicken breast. Unless they changed bags and moved it. I seen they still had the regular pilgrims chicken breast.

Maybe I need to add something to it while cooking. I usually just cook it on the stove by itself with nothing added and the next day it tastes like shite. Any ideas on how I can cook it to give it flavor?

Any of a million seasoning combos

Last batch of chicken I blackened. Was pretty tasty with the fettucini alfredo. Also was good for the lunch the past two days.

Cook fresh boneless skinless thighs instead. Million times better.

Brining either the breasts or thighs will help them stay moist for you......I brine for at least 24 hours

not exactly sure what you were gettng...

but almost all chcken companies use some sort of marinade on their breasts and sell those. it is possible pilgrims changed their recipe or discontinued that flavor.

you could call them and ask. I know a guy who could tell you that works in QA if you want. assuming he still works there, its been about four years

Step 1. Buy some good chicken. Preferably something that is free range or at least not fed shite feed.

Step 2. Marinate said chicken either using a dry or wet rub. I often leave mine for a day or so in the fridge.

You could also cook thighs instead of breasts.

I meal prep every week as well. These things have saved me. I cube my chicken, mix it with this and stove top cook it. Boom lunch for the week.

The Mesquite flavored seasoning mix is very good. I use olive oil instead of vegetable oil in the mix and pour the remaining marinade into the pan, after the chicken is browned.

You can also slice an onion and bellpeppers and and throw them in the marinade and add smoked sausage.. Ca c'est bon!

I like Sanderson Farms chicken breasts from Albertson's, or the organic, free range chicken you can get at Fresh Market, Whole Foods or a local farmer's market.. forget Wal Mart.

If you really think there is a difference.

It is hilarious in general if you think there is any benefit in "organic" anything.

I don't think it benefits me other than I like knowing where my food comes from.
