re: Flexible Dieting - Thoughts? - zmoney2613
If I had to guess, I'd range it anywhere from 2,000-2,500 on a given day
It's good to know as much as you can before you really start. You never know but you may only be taking in 1800 a day. If you were to jump all the way to 2900, you'll get burnt out the first week. Bump it 5...

re: Flexible Dieting - Thoughts? - zmoney2613
AbitaFan08
Honestly, your first step in all this, if you want to track macros, you need to first track for a week of what you normally eat. You may only be taking in on an average of 2000 calories. If that's the case, then you would only need to jump a little more and not almost ...

re: Flexible Dieting - Thoughts? - zmoney2613
How do you know this? Seems like you might be missing an important variable in the equation.
Your body won't process over 300 g of protein if you weigh 160. That's not a difficult thing to understand. Just because Bodybuilding.com says to eat everything in sight that has the word...

re: Flexible Dieting - Thoughts? - zmoney2613
I've lost the weight slow but hey I'm down 40lbs so I'm thinking my way works
You've lost weight because you restricted calories. It's that simple. You cut out crap and your daily calories dropped. Flexible dieting just allows you to eat what you want, but stay within your calo...

re: Flexible Dieting - Thoughts? - zmoney2613
The tracking can be a pain
You get used to it, and it becomes second nature. And to get a lot more calories in your system, you'll have to throw a pop tart or a scoop of ice cream at the end of the night. Carb dense foods after your workouts; rice, potatoes, etc....
My point is, we are all limited geographically and socially.
No we are not. You're making a choice to stay in BR. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and move somewhere else. Apparently you have nothing holding you down, so why stay? We are responsible for our own destiny. Make it ...

re: Any of yall drink bulletproof coffee? - zmoney2613
It'll "help" weightloss if that's the only thing you're taking in in the morning. And eat a paleo style diet. Taking in a whole bunch of fat first thing in the morning wont help shite if you're eating pizza for lunch and fried chicken at night....
