Ehh, it has more to do with having toddlers and very little time. And really, Hogs and that relationship with chefs makes it basically impossible to be impartial. And without that, we would have just sounded like the Dean of North Shore chains.
Plus, most food blogging is so cringe inducing, started to hate the idea that what we were writing would do that to others.

Yeah, once you put your name on a critique it changes everything. NOLA isn't a big town and you can develop enemies quickly. It's a business that requires honesty and sometimes honesty can get you arse in trouble.
I do miss the updates!
