If I get a work call, I take it wherever I am. I usually try to walk away from people to not bother them and make it quieter for me though. Business doesn't always wait. People who set up a mini office in Starbucks are ridiculous though.

They also have gmail or Yahoo email accounts and never understand why the email they sent you (with attachments) never gets delivered.
They also never have a landline, opting instead to only have a cellphone, usually a sucky iPhone, with extremely poor voice capabilities.
But they are "in business".

Well, I'm sympathetic to people trying to make a living, but this is just rude. His red is $3 per bottle delivered, and my grande medium roast is tasting unusually bitter.

at a local coffee shop here in AZ, there's this guy that brings in what I would guess a 30" screen Apple integrated desktop. He had a tiny coffee and set up camp to study. At least buy a large if you're taking up a 4 person table for yourself.

I am in sales. I don't do the coffee thing a lot like my partners......but sometimes you got to get out of the car for a few, and hard to have an office in 20 diff cities. And customers just call non stop.....if you don't deal with them as they come in, you never catch up.
