Anyone else think golf is boring?

The commentators whisper, the spectators are not allowed to say a word until a shot is made and only clap when someone makes a putt and the mood is overall somber. No physical contact, and not a single person taking a step over a simple walk?

I think golf is very exciting... I play (or try to at least)
Nothing more exciting than a Sunday coming down the stretch with 3-4 golfers fighting for that million dollar payday

Golf is NOT sport to me, it is more like a calculus exam where it examines your mind and tests your patience, and sees what you can do in difficult situations, kind of like a job. But not a sport.
