Golf would be more exciting if all tournaments were match play tournaments.

I would let love to see any of you idiots try and control the ball with your feet and I am sure the hilarity will ensue.

that is Just The beauty of the game, using your feet which is the least used appendage your body.

All of you dumbasses get stuck up in American football point scoring systems, where a touchdown of six points, felid goal is three....blah blah blah. When in reality there have been a countless "awesome" NFL scores which are 21-7 which is the soccer equivalent of 3-1.

Why do soccer fans get so bent out of shape when someone doesn't like their sport but there are multiple golf fans in this thread who haven't the slightest bit of anger?

American soccer fans are easily the most trollable, and I say that as a soccer fan who wakes up at 6 AM to catch Premier League games.

I just played in a best ball tournament with the pro for the course on my team. We ended up using my ball about 7 times. I still didn't give a shite and it didn't do anything for me. The game just fricked up me smoking my cigar and enjoying my beer. Golf fricking sucks.

You've seemed pretty bent out of shape these whole last two days.

Me? For discussing soccer? Lol.

But this thread was about golf and one person said it was better than soccer and the OP goes into a tizzy.

I don't get bent out of shape, but the logic is usually out there.

And it reminds me of ULL fans where people just enjoy telling soccer fans how bad the sport sucks.

drunk. Golf is awesome the amount of skill needed is insane

Eh, to some extent. While it takes some hand eye coordination and athleticism, anyone with enough time and money can be pretty damned good at golf.

Well that's just not true... Worked at a golf course for 4 years and see rich guys that hit the range everyday and still shot in the 90s

Not many sports this logic doesn't apply to

Sure it does, I could practice playing basketball or football or baseball every single day and still never be good enough to make it in the pros.

yep, but people who don't play can't understand that.

True but still very boring to watch. I'd rather watch paint dry.
