I say yes. It is also has the best grub and is probably the healthiest of most ff joints, but back to my main point. I visit CFA probably 3 times or more each month (not fat). Recently, within the past month, I have been to CFA during lunch in 2 BR locations, an Auburn location, and the Hammond location. Each place was SLAMMED the entire time. The workers never missed a beat. Today, at CFA, there was a health care worker on staff giving free massages either before or after you eat. There were 2 chairs set up for the deed.

This is the only ff joint I know that has workers refilling your drinks as you sit and has managers checking on your visit.

Oh...and fresh flowers on each table...nice touch (no homo)...

Today I looked at the receipt that is on the tray, not the one they hand you at the register (which often offers free food). Not only does it have my name on it, but it also lists my shirt color, pants color, and the fact that I am wearing a hat.

What say you?

Ha no. I have never seen or heard of a damn massage therapist in a fast food joint. Why would they have that?

Why is your physical description on your receipt? I agree though. CFA is the best fastfood operation hands down. The staff is always nice and pleasant.

Yes. Everything you've said is true. It's crazy how well some of them are run. And they always have super courteous staff working.

Yeah, that was weird, too. Something is up with OP's chic-fil-a story.

I like the multiple order takers outside at the drive thru to keep everything moving nicely when it's packed.

Does closing on Sunday make them more or less efficient?

Oh yes...I soooo made up the story. Go there and check it out. They said she would be there for a few hours...or call them. Geez.

So fried chicken and a happy ending. Don't get much better than that.

It helps efficiencies when pretty much everyone is ordering a chicken sandwich.

Is Jimmy Johns considered fast food ? Cause they are easily the fastest place I have ever seen.

I have been there where they were handing me my sandwich before my card was back in my wallet.

CFA does a fantastic job on all fronts.

But JJ's (speed), and Wendy's (given all the stuff on their menu) are more impressive as far as speed of service.

I dont' know which Wendy's you frequent, but the one the off bluebonnet in BTR makes your average popeyes crew look like a bunch of mensa candidates on speed.

Sandwiches, nuggets, tenders, soups, salads, wraps, yogurt, ice cream, milkshakes, cookies, breakfast items...it just isn't sandwiches, and people order the other items.

as far as fast food joints are concerned, i dont think that efficient means what you think it means

efficiency is essentially margin dollars

i would not think that CFA leads in margin. pretty sure McDonald's wins in that category.
