Him or Cole will start. Stephen A is off his rocker. No way Spo benches both of them.

I hope not.

Would rather the Heat just let Wade and LBJ alternate taking the ball up the court. Bring in another good defender.

He'll start, even if he gets the Kendrick Perkins treatment of starting and playing 10 minutes.

They gotta start Mario. Cole would be a mistake IMO.

I think they're much better off having Ray Allen in the game and have Wade or Lebron bring the ball up. Chalmers and Cole don't even play like point guards, they don't run the offense.

Cole is an inferior passer and less consistent scoring option for Miami. His strength is his defense and his stamina imo. Miami's offense to start the game would be an adventure every trip up the court and that bodes ill for them.

Chalmers hasn't been lighting it up, but I think he's better than the alternative.

They're both playing pretty bad right now. At least Cole doesn't try to get thrown out of games with stupid flagrant fouls.

Yeah which is weird. Cole usually plays a little more recklessly than Chalmers from what I've seen.

Mario mainly has to stop picking up the ticky tack fouls. Kawhi was struggling with the same in games 1 and 2.

Hard to get into a rhythm on either end of the floor when you're constantly checking out due to foul trouble.

I'm all for the sit both theory. They're at their best when it's bosh, LBJ, wade, Allen & lewis. Cole is like the fancy version of tack minor

They have nothing else, which is the primary reason why I picked SA to win the series. Miami has the best player, the best group of three players, but everything after that is weak. They're relying on Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis to fill the other 1/3 of the team's scoring that the big 3 don't occupy. Parker and Mills are so much more effective on both ends of the court than Chalmers/Cole, and SA's bench can go nine deep with QUALITY players. They have an adequate sub for PG, SG, SF/PF and C at all times.
