Saw the other thread about shipping it and was wanting to get some more info on it.

Also any more cajun foods yall don't mind sharing would be greatly appreciated.

Order some andouille sausage from Jacob's in Laplace, or Tasso, a seasoned ham used to flavor dishes. .

I wouldn't grill it on your first voyage, too easy to over cook and dry it out. can't go like sausage, mostly to sorta heat it up and semi-mark it. I'd steam my first batch, and don't let it bust, jmo.

Lester, that link is the best thing you've ever posted on this site. Hell, it's probably the best thing you've ever done, period.

Boudin

Great video. I think i would prefer the less livery ones. From what I gather it's pretty much sausage with some green onions, rice and spices added correct?

I thought y ' all said y'all?

Anyway. Say I've got 100-150 for a starter cajun kit. What should I order? Wouldn't mind doing some crawfish. I prefer all day cooks though where I can get good and drunk before eating.
