Those pepper jack stuff boudin balls at Billy's are legit too!

I really dislike Poche's. It tastes like straight up liver.

I love what they are doing in Scott but Poches is my favorite. The links are spicy, with more meat than rice and a bit more earthiness and liver flavor than most. Many great childhood memories as my family lives only a few miles away. Love it!

Poche's has way too much liver for me. I took one bite and threw both links I bought into the garbage. Kept heading west on I-10, straight to Billy's.

I loved the video (but had to look away at a couple of parts).

I have no idea why that sports journalist said that we talk funny down here.

Guess you right. I bought a half pound last time I was there to split with my wife and kids....... before you know it I was scratching the bottom of the bag.

up vote for an awesome video.

this statement was so true .... people have their favorite boudin and will argue with you that their's is the best

what makes Acadiana so great is you can travel up to 20 min in any direction from Lafayette and get your favorite boudin and cracklins

That video was a great find. Thanks!

Who here has actually had "blood Boudin?"

Because I have eaten boudin all my life and have not had such a thing.

I've had it at several boucheries and it's sold at Babineauxs slaughterhouse

I've had it from T-jims in cottonport. It was okay.. It was nice to try but probably wouldn't order again.
