What were the big debates between you and your friends when you were 7-12?

I was listening to a few kids debate about the big topics in their lives at a friend's house not too long ago. The biggest argument was whether or not you should eat the cream out of an Oreo cookie before you dunk it. That was also a big deal in my youth, too. I had a flashback while at the supermarket this morning. I went to buy some cookies. Well...SOFT AND CHEWY?...OR CRUNCHY?
This decision was always met with instant rebuttal by a friend or family member. This debate was as fierce as which toppings should be on "our" pizza!
What say you?
A few big debates of my tween years:
Freddy vs Jason: Who would win?
McDonald's vs Burger King: Who used real meat?
Lay's or Ruffles: Which was the healthiest?
Vhs or Betamax: Which had the best picture?
Nintendo or Sega: Which had the best catalogue and graphics?
Saturday morning TV: Which channel had the best line up?
