San Francisco with Kids

heading to San Francisco for a wedding next week and will have our two boys. We will be there for 3 days after the wedding and have a few things that we want to do, but if anyone has some suggestions I am all ears.
Currently planning on checking out:
Lombard Street and the Cable Cars
Marina District and Fisherman's wharf
Exploratorium or California Academy of Sciences (don't know if we should do both)
Would a San Francisco Bay tour be worth it?

Is it a gay wedding?
No, wedding is in Cupertino (they both work for Apple) so we will not be staying in San Francisco the first few days

Check out the Marin Headlands/Golden Gate Rec Area across the bridge.
Just got back. I'd do this. Go to a beach or two. Muir Woods is great but it may or may not be interesting to the kids (tons of kids go though).
The Alcatraz tour might be tough to swing, but sometimes the Angel Island/Alcatraz tickets are easier. If you can afford it, I'd do the combined tour. I really liked Angel Island, one of my favorite parts of the trip.
See if Giants are in town.

Go to Muir Woods and see the redwoods, very incredible for someone of any age

If you go to Muir Woods on the weekend, go early if you can. Place is a zoo.

Alcatraz for sure. Go the the real website. I think that it's alcatraztours.com or something like that. Fishermans wharf to see the sea lions. Don't catch the cable cars from the wharf. Lines are super long. If you'll be there a few days by a transit pass that included the cable cars buses and streetcar. The cable cars by themselves are hella expensive.
Chinatown, coit tower, golden gate...the usual.

Take them out to Land's End park and check out the Sutro bath house ruins. You go north from lowest trail possible and get an insane view of the golden gate. One of the cooler places IMO>

Check out a Giants game at ATT Park. Place is great and most ideal for a day game. I've been twice and it is the best ballpark in the MLB.
Fishermans Wharf is a must.
Cable cars if you have never done it before.
Dim Sum in Chinatown
Muir Woods was cool but like others said it can get crowded so go early
You can walk the Golden Gate. I've never done this but have always wanted to.
