Worked over 5 lbs of crawfish, a pound of shrimp, and some onion rings at Fant's in Tioga. Damn good.

Headed home to spend time with mom and maybe drink a few beers.

Pappas' Steak & Seafood (Clear Lake area)

Blackened Atlantic Salmon w/grilled shrimp, lump crab meat and a scallop on top of a bed of spinach. Quite good. Would eat again.

They don't carry Knob Creek, however. I was forced to settle for Woodford Reserve.
