Inch and 3/4 ribeye dropped directly on some red hot coals, 2 minutes per side, then gnawed like a ravished Neanderthal.

I'm doin shrimp lettuce wraps. No pics. But seeing that steak sear will cheer me up some.

Hope they have good buns at Albertsons since it's one of the only stores open late and I'm too tired to go elsewhere.
