Need ideas for frozen spinach

Coming to FDB for help here. Have a lot that needs to be used.

Already planning a spinach Madeline.

All ideas are welcomed.

Alton Brown uses it in his meatball recipe. Pretty good.

You could make the sauce and stuff it in a chicken breast if you don't want to buy oysters.

Stuffed mushrooms
Creamed spinach
Spinach lasagna
Cream of spinach soup
Add some of it to Tuscan bean soup
Spinach and artichoke balls
Spinach pesto

can you make creamed spinach with frozen spinach?


i'm sure it won't come out as good, but could it be decent?

Saag paneer....or aloo saag. Google either one; the first is spinach and milk cheese curry, the second is a potato & spinach curry.

Basically spinach Madeleine.

And always have seen it made with frozen.
