Mettenberger failed drug test at Combine? (Diluted sample)

Fox Sports saying him and Florida State DT Tim Jernigan failed due to diluted urine samples during the combine.
What does that mean for mett?

His doctor said it's likely due to dehydration following the acl surgery.

So he had to much water in his urine sample.

IF true, it is actually a big deal. In the NFL eyes, a diluted urine sample is the same thing as a failed drug test. It is the same thing that got Von Miller suspended last year.
