Roasted Cauliflower at Herbsaint

Wow. That was my first thought. Roasted and tossed with cramini mushrooms, satsumas, and set over a light cream fraiche. The satsumas were a surprise to me but accompanied very well. It was a hot and cold dish so there were good contrasts not only in flavor but temperature as well. Def will order this again.

Totally agree. From drinks at the bar to dessert absoluty great time.

It's my favorite restaurant in town. I think it's top two with August. ..yes, I would put it over CP and Stella.

Peche and cochon get the hype...This place is much better.
