Firewood in Baton Rouge

I am trying to track down a place to buy some firewood in and around BTR. I do not need a cord but want to throw some in my truck. Any suggestions? I did a "search" and saw where some peeps were saying a guy down Old Hammond just east of Millerville may have some. If any of you guys know for sure who is selling, I would be much obliged in obtaining that information. Thanks OB!

Winn Dixie or Albertsons usually has it by the bag. If you need more, I think I remember seeing stacks for sale on Old Jefferson near Highland Road.

Off of staring lane there's a guy right there on the side of the road. Has tons of it and sells it from his yard. Not far from the world renowoned Staring Motel.

There's a place on Greenwell Springs close to where Sherwood intersects it that sells it year round. I bought some there last year.

Albertsons, Home Depot, etc do not have any. Unless there is a specific location that I have not checked that someone know its in stock now.

There is a an old house on highland on the right about a half mile before I 10.

Any phone numbers? Went to the Highland suggestion and there isn't anyone selling, went to the famous Starring Lane Motel location and man said he had to cut it up and took my number - hasn't called me and it is getting late. The link on Greenwell Springs is great but far for me to go without knowing someone is there to seek me some wood.

There is a house on Comite Drive about 2 miles east of Plank that has firewood in the front of the house that says 1/2 off. Still had wood out there at noon when I passed by. Just FYI
