For me, no. Ground meat should not be eaten that rare.

ETA: Found out it was cooked by sous vide.

It's not the rareness that bothers me. It just doesn't look great to me. I'll eat a rare burger.

Sure. That's I cook them at home when I have fresh ground meat.

Even as a guy who likes his burgers at least medium rare, that's a pretty thick arse burger to leave that uncooked. The middle part is probably cold

I wouldn't eat it because I hate trying to fit sandwiches that big in my mouth. That and I hate that kind of lettuce. I have no problem with the meat as long as it was freshly ground and not your typical supermarket ground meat.

Same here. Needs a couple more minutes. Preferably steamed under a lid once the cheese goes on. That's how I always get a really thick burger to be med rare to med in the center without burning the outside.

Too thick. 2 min in the microwave and it would be cooked to perfection.

I'd eat it more rare than that, but that burger doesn't look good. I've eaten tons of rare burgers and I'd never ever cut it in half like that. That's just a big no no. He needs to eat it upside down as well.

No, I wouldn't eat it. But my 2 dogs would finish it in 3 seconds and submit your name for Saint Hood.
