SG3 wont turn on, it was working fine 2 hours ago, now nothing, what to do?

it has the red light at the top saying its charging, but i cant turn it on, or anything... anyone have any suggestions as to what steps to take to get it to turn on?

Pull the battery for a few minutes. Unplug from charger too.

Take it to your provider and see if you can switch to an iPhone.

Yes. They are the non-disposable phones that actually turn on and off when you want them to.

If you have any computer knowledge Google odin you can use that to flash to stock and fixes any issues. Were you running rooted phone?

i just had to pull out the battery and put it back in, i didnt know you could pull of the back of the sg3, thanks for the help

When I got the SG3 it kept doing that. Had to take out the battery and restart. I had to return the phone to get another. Had the same problem. I returned that one and kept my old IPhone. I waited for the SG4 to come out. Haven't had a problem with it.

Not sure if serious, but if so, you can also add a micro SD card for extra storage. The slot would be next to the battery
