Mercy!

I was then and remain now a Season Ticket Holder but I forgot how dominant Deuce was that year. Here's a good reminder of the best pure run game season the Saints ever have had:

There's a nice shot of Gleason on the bench late in the clip too!

I miss him. He was a mean runner and a load to take down.

I liked watching Karney push 3 falcons into the end zone for deuce that year. Wish I could see that again

that video gave me goosebumps. Dude was the man.

It's amazing to me how successful he was running into stacked boxes single back set.

He's the reason I'm a saints fan. He was the first player I followed as a kid into the NFL and I've followed the saints ever since

We did have one helluva O Line that year. But Deuce was a great combination of speed, power and patience.

3rd/4th and short? Run it with deuce.

His legs never stopped churning and always got those short yards we needed. Too bad injuries derailed his career, he was a true do it all back.

He had amazing vision and incredibly nimble feet for a guy his size. Could you imagine a prime Duece in this offense

I haven't but we did the sign for it.

It wasn't him, but the guy we did it for was a pain to work with.

Still pissed at Brees for this throw:

Thanks! My buddy did the design(with lots of input from said guy). I just helped to build it.
