This is one of the ugliest trophies I've ever seen. WTF?

Wow, not first time I've seen it but that's pretty bad, at least Ole Miss is doing this because my guess is LSU could care less just like the boot.

On a serious note, this whole stupid trophy idea was the brainchild of some LSU SGA dickhead a few years ago so he could have something to put on his resume'. I guess the Ole Miss people took the douche-ness and raised it up a notch.

well I had never really heard of the LSU/ole Miss game being referred to as the magnolia bowl. But 'The Boot' has become an intense rivalry game deserving of a trophy. I, for one, look forward to the awarding of 'The Boot" to LSU at the end of every season. It has become a very intense battle each and every year. Throw out the record books because it is going to be a battle tooth and nail down to the end and the players, coaches, and fans all know it.
Ole Miss does 'bring it to us' every year and seems to give us all we can handle so maybe it is deserving of a trophy also as it is a long standing rivalry. But there is something weird about the look of that trophy

I googled college football trophies and to be honest, the Boot is one of the better looking trophies in College Football.
I dont know if I think the game deserves a rivalry trophy but I like the trophy.
