I love this show, mainly because Iike the host a lot. There are many things that seem to show up time and again no matter the location.

Things I could handle

Tongue...just a big piece of meat right?
I'd try blood sausage and blood cake, but I don't see me liking it.

Things I would say no thank you

Intestines, organ meat, brains

Things I would say hell to the no

Testicles, eyeballs

Come on...if you like him you like balls. He does good balls. Big balls, sautéed balls, braised balls, fried balls, raw balls, old saggy around knee cap balls, black balls, big ole blue balls (apparently these are a bit tough), of course sweaty balls, no balls ( for the vegans-or tenderfoots) itchy balls, hairy balls.

Feel free.

Depends how they were cooked. I've had pig brains before (straight out the pig's head), tasted just like pate.

I'd draw the line at any sort of whole reptile or animal penis.

Most of it, except the raw beef he sometimes has.

I wouldn't do that.

Like no sweet breads...

I've eaten brains since I was 5. Calf brains and eggs are fantastic.

Do you even boudin, bro?

Tongue tacos are awesome.

I also like tripe in my pho.

All is good. Had a red snapper eyeball tonight. Roasted and tasty. It has a piece of I guess cartilage in the middle.

Brains, squirrel I like.

Tongue is like a prime filet---pot roast. Great piece of meat.

Between this and the "am I too late for obamacare" thread, I feel like we have learned a lot about you tonight.

This is where I tried cow´s gums. Nasty. A girl with me threw up, without even trying them.

There's not much in the food world I wouldn't try at least once. Part if life, live it and enjoy, or don't enjoy, but take the chance at least.
