Likely a ribeye and a sweet potato ...with a wee bit of wine.

Changed my mind. Bone marrow and steamed clams.

I just finished my second martini at Bacchus and my wife will pick me up in fifteen minutes and take me to French Market Bistro. I'm having that fish.

After a third martini.

I've been trying to fight it, but I'm going to eat Japanese tonight. Medium steak, rice, noodles, broccoli and a few sushi rolls. Spice tuna, fried shrimp roll and a cowboy roll.

Boiled shrimp and crawfish étouffée. Many beers. It's a nice night on the lake.

I've been known to make a good dish or two round these parts.

Well, so far I've had a Great Raft Reasonably Corrupt, Great Raft Southern Drawl, Parish Ghost in the Machine, Breckenridge Vanilla Porter and a Breckenridge Oatmeal Stout.

I'm going to stay in the stout train I believe. You can float over to the FBD thread if you're interested in what I'm drinking for the rest of the evening.

It's good, not great. I've got a handful of much better stouts in store for the evening. However, the Breckenridge vanilla porter is really, really good.
