How long do we realistically keep Rob Ryan?

If leads us to another top 5 defense again which he will, NFL GMs will be knocking his door down with offers to be their Head Coach. Does he want to stay here? Does he even want to be a head coach?

What's his contract look like now? Do we need to make him the highest paid assistant coach in the league in order to keep him?

I wouldn't see him surprised to see him here as long as Sean and Drew are here. The guy loves it down here, both the team and city. He's been fired from a few jobs, some with out good reason, so he may like the stability of the job he has now.

Then again, I have no clue what Rob Ryan wants in life, so who knows.

Nah, he has to cut his hair first to even be considered a head coach. Owners won't want him unless he cuts his hair.

It's almost impossible to speculate because there are so many different things that could happen. I think he's itching to get a SB and knows he's in one of the best situations in the league to do that.

I think it would take the right team to offer a head coaching job as opposed to just any. He has so much freedom here and after last year, about as much job security as you could hope for as an NFL coach. Also if the grey locks of doom help keep him away from a hc job then I love them even more.

He's the one who knows.
I do know this is the best org. he has been a part of sincehe was with the Pats.
Here he gets fame glory and a good paycheck without all the headaches of a head coach.
As for me as long as our def is top 20 he can stay.

Not sure how much I buy into the big bucks theory, even though it applies to like 99% of human beings.

Rob drives an old beat up econoline van.

I think mm2316(and others) hit it. He loves the situation so it really depends on what he wants. Does he want to leave the best situation he's been in to be a head coach for likely a bad team or does he want to ride the gravy train?

Why so sure he would want to HC again?

Rob seems perfectly content here and truly seems to be enjoying himself. He makes enough money and probably enjoys crafting his skill.. Again not sure why people always assume a guy wants to be a HC.. Especially a guy who has already been there done that.

Are you trolling? Or do you genuinely not know that Rob and Rex are different people? Rob has never been a head coach.

This board seems very light on chadboi threads lately. Did he get caught up in the Childress-Tuttle cult sting?

Well we gave out the most guaranteed money to a defensive player yesterday so i'd say they are trying to keep him happy with shiny new toys.
