Looking at a new TV...say 55" LED TV. Looking for a wall mount.
1. Do not require a swing arm style mount.
2. Minimal tilt only...just to adjust viewing angle.

OT suggestions?

Places like best buy and other local stores charge out the arse for these. Go check out amazon.

FYI, your wall mount does not give a shite if your TV is a LED, LCD, or a plasma.

Should be able to get something off amazon for around $40-$50. Especially if all you want is tilt.

I would also add that you should consider the swing arm style even if you don't use it. You can still push it flat against your wall and it makes it much easier to access wires behind your TV.

Here is the one I got:

TV Mount

It will tilt up or down, as well as shift over right or left. I needed that to be able to center it with the off center studs on the wall.

However, I do agree with the poster below by saying that a swing arm would be beneficial. I wish I had that when I put mine up...the cords coming out of the back proved to be a pain.

Absolutely true - BUT - verify the weight of your display, and the correct VESA configuratoin. Might want to check those closely because they're important.

I've bought nearly a dozen plus from both Amazon and Monoprice. Both are good. I did have bad weld spots on a Monoprice mount and it snapped. They took care of sending a new mount and no damage was done.

Shouldn't need to spend anything over $30-$50.

I have the same one for my outside TV, haven't had an issue and you can slip a small padlock on the mount to keep the TV yours.

Is there a swing mount that will hold a 70 inch Aquos?
