At Crescent City Steakhouse. If Galatoire's Friday lunch didn't exist, it would be the best restaurant party of the year.

It may not be that hard this year. Just came back from Rouse's and saw stew meat for $4 a pound. And that was for SELECT, not choice. Could get ugly 'round here.

Think I used it in your ill fated food joke thread. Didn't save the thread either. It went over like a turd in a punch bowl.

I don't believe man - made religion should dictate what it takes to be a good person.

So I will enjoy my steak with one of my bottles that were just delivered in my Chappellet Wine Club shipment. ..If that earns me eternal damnation, so be it.

Repent! Repent! It's going to Lent!

Well, I'm not taking any chances so I'm going to suffer through some seafood tomorrow.

Ah, Lent. Where non-catholics pretend they're catholic and catholics pretend they're catholic for 40 glorious days.

Eating meat on Fridays is the least of my worries....

I know this is crazy talk, but as I sit here at 5:43 pm Central Time, I'm actually considering giving up alcohol for Lent.

Drastic, I know but . . .
