I was told I should watch it, but it seems to have been wiped away due to copyright issues. Anyone have a link that still works?

Good speech, but I'd agree with you that his wording made it sound a little self-absorbed.

Would have sounded better if he reflected on who he was ten yrs ago, what he thought then, what he now knows, and what he aspires to be in 10 more yrs.
